The second Electric Program Investment Charge (EPIC) Policy + Innovation Forum will bring together Research, Development & Deployment (RD&D) project leaders, California Public Utilities Commission and California Energy Commission staff and commissioners, EPIC program administrators, and other stakeholders to discuss near-, medium-, and long-term energy policy directions of the state of California, and to discuss the technology RD&D implications of those policy directions.
